Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the music and vocal instruction, concerts and events, artistic and performance-related services, VOX AUREA METHOD™, MORFEO Imaginal Music™, wellbeing-related services, online services, and other services and activities provided by EMILIANO BLASI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collectively referred to as the “Services.”
By applying for, booking, purchasing, or using any of the Services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to the Services provided by us, whether applications or bookings are made through this website, by email, online, in person, or by any other method.
Where separate or additional terms are provided for a particular service, lesson, concert, event, application page, Booking Information, individual notice, or agreement, those specific terms shall take precedence over these Terms.
2. Applications and Bookings
Applications and bookings for the Services must be made using the method specified by us.
A booking or application will be considered confirmed once the necessary procedures have been completed, including confirmation of the service details, schedule, fees, payment method, and any other required information.
We may be unable to accommodate a request due to capacity, scheduling, venue availability, the nature of the Service, or other circumstances.
3. Fees and Payment Methods
Fees for the Services shall be those stated on the relevant service page, application page, event information, individual notice, or other information provided by us.
Depending on the Service, available payment methods may include:
-
Bank transfer
-
Credit card or other online payment through Stripe
-
Cash, only when individually agreed in person
-
Other payment methods individually approved by us
As a general rule, payment must be made in advance by the deadline specified by us.
Unless otherwise stated, bank transfer fees and any other costs associated with payment are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Customer-requested cancellations, rescheduling, transfers, or other changes are subject to the specific cancellation conditions provided for the relevant Service, lesson, event, or application.
For vocal lessons, the conditions set out separately in the Booking Information apply.
Where specific conditions are provided for concerts, events, artistic services, wellbeing-related services, or other Services, those individual conditions shall take precedence.
If you wish to cancel or make a change, please contact us as early as possible.
5. Refunds
Eligibility for a refund and the amount of any refund will be determined in accordance with the refund conditions applicable to the relevant Service, taking into account the nature of the Service, the timing of the cancellation, the stage of preparation, and any costs already incurred in relation to venues, performers, third parties, or other arrangements.
Services that have already been provided, lessons or sessions that have already taken place, or portions of a Service for which preparation, reservations, arrangements, or costs have already been incurred may be non-refundable.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed either:
-
through Stripe to the original payment method; or
-
by bank transfer,
-
as appropriate.
Depending on the processing times of card issuers, financial institutions, or payment service providers, it may take additional time for a refund to appear in the customer’s account.
6. Cancellation or Changes by Us
If we are unable to provide a Service for reasons attributable to us, we will, where reasonably possible, offer an appropriate solution such as:
-
rescheduling;
-
a replacement session or Service;
-
an alternative arrangement; or
-
a refund.
The specific response will depend on the nature of the Service and the circumstances.
7. Concerts and Events
For concerts, recitals, events, and other performances or activities, performers, venues, programmes, starting times, performance content, or other details may be changed where reasonably necessary.
Participation fees, performance conditions, number of pieces, accompaniment arrangements, rehearsal arrangements, and other conditions applicable to participants or performers shall be governed by the information or individual terms provided for each event.
If a participant or performer withdraws or is absent for personal reasons after costs have already been incurred for the venue, performers, accompanists, production, or other arrangements, a refund may not be available.
8. Online Services
Customers using online lessons, online sessions, or other online Services are responsible for arranging and maintaining the necessary internet connection, devices, software, and other equipment at their own expense.
Where a Service cannot be properly received due to the customer’s internet connection, device, settings, or other circumstances on the customer’s side, we do not guarantee a refund or replacement unless the issue is attributable to us.
If we are unable to provide the Service due to a technical problem on our side, we will provide an appropriate solution such as rescheduling.
9. Wellbeing-Related Services
Breathwork, awareness practices, meditation, yoga, Ayurveda, wellbeing, coaching, and other related Services provided by us are intended for purposes such as personal awareness, learning, and enhancement of quality of life.
They are not intended to constitute medical treatment, medical diagnosis, therapy, or other medical services.
If you have a health condition, medical history, pregnancy, injury, medication use, or any other matter relevant to the safe use of a Service, you should consult an appropriate medical professional where necessary before participating.
Customers are responsible for taking their own physical and mental condition into account and participating within reasonable and safe limits.
10. Use by Minors
Where a minor applies for or uses a Service, we may require the consent of a parent or legal guardian depending on the nature of the Service.
For lessons or other ongoing Services intended for minors, we may communicate with and obtain confirmation from a parent or guardian where necessary.
