Cancellation Policy

【Bookings, Payments and Cancellations】 • All lessons are by prior reservation only. New students are generally required to attend an Introductory Lesson (45 minutes / ¥5,000) before booking regular lessons. • Please submit your request through the Contact Form or another designated contact method. We will then confirm studio availability and the instructor’s schedule and provide the proposed date, fee and payment instructions. Your booking is not confirmed at this stage. • Payment may be made by bank transfer or credit card through Square. A secure Square payment link will be sent by email upon request. Payment must be completed by the stated deadline. • Once payment has been received, the instructor will reserve the studio. Your lesson is officially confirmed only when you receive the Booking Confirmation Email. The venue will be provided after confirmation. • In-person lessons are held at music studios in Tokyo and Kanagawa. Online lessons are conducted via Zoom. Preferred dates and times cannot always be guaranteed. • Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule. • Fees are generally non-refundable after payment. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or failure to attend without notice. Any cancellation fees charged by the studio may be passed on to the student. • If a lesson cannot take place due to a natural disaster, major transport disruption, instructor-related circumstances or another unavoidable event, it will generally be rescheduled. However, any unavoidable studio cancellation fee may be charged at cost. • Lessons are conducted primarily in Italian or English, with Japanese-language assistance available when required. • Participants under 18 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. • By submitting a booking request, you agree to the terms stated on this page.
