Cancellation Policy

【Reservations, Payments & Cancellations】 • All lessons are offered by appointment only. • For first-time students, participation in the Introductory Trial Lesson (45 minutes / ¥5,000) is generally required prior to booking regular lessons. • Reservations may be requested through the Contact Form or other designated communication methods. • After receiving your inquiry, studio availability and the instructor's schedule will be confirmed. You will then receive information regarding lesson dates, fees, and payment options. • Please note that a reservation is not yet confirmed at the time this information is provided. • Payments may be made by bank transfer or PayPal. • Payment is required by the deadline indicated in the reservation information email. • Once payment has been received, the instructor will proceed with the studio reservation. • Your lesson will be officially confirmed upon receipt of the Reservation Confirmation Email sent after the studio booking has been completed. • The venue for in-person lessons will be provided after the reservation has been confirmed. • In-person lessons are held at professional music studios located in Tokyo and Kanagawa. • Online lessons are conducted via Zoom. • Preferred lesson dates and times may not always be available due to studio availability and scheduling considerations. • If you wish to reschedule a lesson, please contact us as early as possible. • As a general rule, lesson fees are non-refundable once payment has been received. • Refunds cannot be provided for same-day cancellations or missed lessons without notice. • Any studio cancellation fees incurred after a studio reservation has been made may be charged to the student. • If a lesson cannot be conducted due to natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, instructor circumstances, or other unavoidable situations, an alternative lesson date will generally be arranged. • However, if cancellation fees are imposed by the studio according to its own policies, the actual cost may be the responsibility of the student. • Lessons are conducted primarily in Italian or English. Japanese language support is available when needed. • Students under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before applying. • By submitting a lesson reservation request, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions described on this page.
